The time to improve your health starts today.
Recovery is Possible.
Take the next step toward supporting your health with a routine you understand. The Adult Starter Pack Plus brings selected nutritional products and practical learning together, with the Vitality Smartcable included. Spend less time assembling supplies and more time preparing a purposeful beginning.
Support brain nutrition in everyday life
Your brain’s nutritional needs deserve a place in your daily routine. Nemechek Silver Ultra DHA fish oil provides DHA and EPA omega-3s in a capsule format. For adults who prefer softgels to liquid fish oil, this offers a straightforward way to include those nutrients alongside the guidance you are following.
Make the next steps easier to prepare
Inulin brings prebiotic fiber that nourishes beneficial gut bacteria, while Olio Medico adds extra virgin olive oil to everyday meals. Bringing these selected products together reduces the work of sourcing them separately. You can organize your supplies, review the instructions, and consider how each part fits your individual plan.
Understand why you are taking each step
A routine is easier to approach when you understand its purpose. The printed Nemechek Protocol guide explains the framework in a format you can read at your own pace and return to later. The emailed How To Start and Dosing Guide provides practical direction, helping you prepare informed questions for your clinician.
Include Smartcable with an organized setup
For adults who have chosen to incorporate the Vitality Smartcable, Plus brings the device together with the nutritional products and book. Having the supplies in one purchase makes preparation simpler and gives you an opportunity to review the setup before beginning. Confirm iOS phone compatibility and follow the device instructions and suitability guidance.
Recovery is Possible. Start with understanding and a practical plan. This pack offers a convenient beginning for adults ready to take that next step. Read the guidance, discuss medical questions with your clinician, and allow your routine to reflect your individual needs.

We have seen improvement already on so many level! And the “awakening” has definitely begun! Overall, the experience has been wonderful! One thing I would change would be the pour spout on the olive oil tends to come out very fast and leak so I have to store in laying down. Other than that, it’s wonderful! My family has shared the protocol with so many others and it’s really making a difference!

I just have one question.
Why did the 2024 harvest Medico olive oil burn my throat, while the 2025 harvest Medico olive oil is much milder and doesn’t cause any throat irritation at all?
