I’ve been doing this for about six months but not the fish oil because she breaks out. But my daughter who has sensory issues like picking soars and bleeding. This is helping with lowering her anxiety big time. My daughter can handle higher stimulating environments too. It works!

This book is a must read for every parent - esp for families that have kids with development, cognitive disorders.

Good, informative book, but has some typos and off organization, so there’s some repetition

I have had both brain fog symptoms and SIBO off and on for about 5 years. I am doing this protocol for 6 months to see if it helps. The treatment sure won't hurt me as all of the products used are healthy and should not hurt me. I like that the author is NOT trying to sell you his products. At some point I may visit him as a patient. I would be interested in the vagal nerve stimulation treatment as I have mild to moderate POTS sx.
